I have ordered from Pensacola Diesel for a while now, and I have never had any issues. In fact their injectors (powerstroke 7.3 AD) are the best I have ever purchased. Consistant, high quality rebuilds. I will never buy them anywhere else. Shipping is quick, and packaging is perfect, never any damage. Thanks!

Don’t waste your money here. I wish I’d done more research before choosing these guys. They have terrible reviews on BBB and all diesel forums online. The Google reviews are very misleading and most are likely related to boxed parts that anybody could sell from their garage. If you need expensive quality fuel injection parts go elsewhere. They have deceptive warranty practices and won’t share relevant information. Offer zero support to customers when issues arise and are just rude. Acuse customers of lying and hang up on them. Again, do some research on the forums before you purchase. You’ll find 100% better companies with similar prices on legit parts, especially in the fuel injection line of parts.

A gentleman named Steve helped me out of a real headscratcher of an electrical problem, and could have made real money off me. Instead he chose the honest helpfull route,and walked me thru solving the problem.Turns out, only experience had the solution and he was generous enough to offer it. My ford diesel runs amazing, and i ended up buying preventative parts anyway, and pensacola diesel has a new loyal customer, and will be promoted to all my clients. Thanks again you guys!

Ordered pistons & rings today, on the phone with them, mind you I have talked to 10+ shops local/ non local to me in North Carolina. Pensacola was a pleasure to work with, and polite as could possibly be! Highly recommend working with them with any of your diesel needs! (All other shops were months out on shipping, Pensacola has them shipping out today!)

I've had 2 customers now that ordered from them. The first one the cp4 didn't last 6 months and went bad. When warranted they tried to say that did not clean the tank etc which was absolutely done. They wouldn't warranty any of the lines or fuel rail which all gets replaced when you do a contamination kit. After months of trying to get it warranted my customer just bought the rest outright which I disagreed with. After putting the truck back together the cp4 would not build any pressure at all. We went to the cpx pump because the customer didn't want to deal with them and their warranty they they're a pain to get anything from we found out there was 5 injectors that were also no good out of 8. My other customer bought the disaster kit from them and after getting three wrong pump they exchanged it with no issue and sent the right pump out promptly. Got the truck going and after chasing a fuel leak found it was the injector itself that had a Crack and not the return line. Sent back for warranty and they charged his card 2300 for the pump that was returned that they claim they never received yet they told him they had the tracking number when it was shipped.
